New Year, New Room, New Friends!

I'm so excited for my new group of kindergarten kiddos! They are so smart and wonderful...I can't wait to push them and see what they can do! Here are a couple pictures of my new classroom, ready for some new kindergarten friends! 

We read "The Kissing Hand" on the first day and discussed our own first day jitters. Afterwards the kids got their own "kissing hand" to help them be brave and remember how much their grown ups love them while they are at school! 

 

We're off to a great start! Here's to a wonderful year! :) 

Happy Graduation!

The kiddos graduated from Kindergarten today. They are no longer my K babies but big first graders!

Field Day!

The kids had a blast at Field Day last Friday! 

Pizza Party!

The kids earned their 100th paw for good hallway behavior! We celebrated with a pizza party!

Field Trip To The Zoo!

The kids had a great time on our field trip to the Louisville Zoo! A big thank you goes out to the grown ups who chaperoned!!!

Miss Ariel's Goodbye Party

The kids threw Miss Ariel a goodbye party on her last day with us. It was a beautiful day to enjoy popsicles outside with our favorite 6th grader!
